Through the therapeutic relationship, she works to help facilitate the learning and use of new coping skills and employs a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral. Mary conducts initial evaluations and interprets psychological assessments in addition to providing therapy. Mary believes that the therapeutic relationship is essential to bringing about effective change and she attempts to provide her patients with a warm, supportive, and empathetic environment where each person can talk freely about challenges and learn how to work through issues. Jonathan has substantial experience working with individuals of all ages. His specialties include treating challenges within the military lifestyle, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, gender and sexuality, personality disorders, and posttraumatic stress. He also enjoys working with couples. He employs a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral. Jonathan is also our tester and administers many different types of cognitive and personality testing protocols in addition to providing therapy.
